Předmětem mé diplomové práce je provedení komplexní analýzy aktuálního stavu firmy. V práci jsou využity ekonomické a rizikové analýzy. Z ekonomických analýz je použita SWOT analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a PEST analýza. Z rizikových analýz jsem vybrala analýzu stromu poruchových stavů FTA a posuzování bezporuchové činnosti člověka HRA. Analýza FTA je využita pro identifikaci možných příčin rizika a výpočtu pravděpodobnosti, že nepříznivé riziko nastane. Analýza HRA je použita k vyhodnocení vlivů lidské chyby na systém. Na základě těchto analýz jsou zjištěny nedostatky a jsou navržena vhodná zlepšení pro firmu. The subject of my thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the current status of the company. In the thesis the economic and risk analysis. For economic analysis is used SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces and PEST analysis. From risk analysis, I selected a fault tree analysis FTA and trouble-free assessment of human activities HRA. FTA is used to identify the possible causes of risk and calculate the probability that an unfavorable risk occurs. HRA analysis is used to evaluate the effects of human error on the system. Based on these analyzes identified shortcomings and to suggest effective improvements for the company.
