Abstract: [cze] [eng]

Keywords: the algorithm used for evaluation as well as the results are described. Data are collected by placing a finger on the rear camera of the smartphone and recording a video; the methods of measuring heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in medical and mobile monitoring are described. In the practical part of this thesis; The thesis focuses on evaluation of heart rate and oxygen saturation using smartphone. Various types of smartphone sensors and their usability in medical monitoring are described. Additionally; which is then imported into the program. Photoplethysmogramic signals are generated by the algorithm and are afterwards filtered and analyzed. Blood oxygen saturation and heart rate are computed from the retrieved data. The average error of the algorithm is 1.09 % for the blood oxygen saturation and 1.35 beats per minute in case of heart rate. Statistical analysis is performed as well.; fotopletysmogram; kyslíková saturace; MATLAB; mobilní telefon; PPG; smartphone; SpO2; Tepová frekvence; TF
