Práce se zabývá problematikou zátěžových testů, jakožto reakcí na události v jaderné elektrárně Fukušima. V první části se práce zabývá bezpečností na jaderných elektrárnách a způsobem řízení v různých režimech. Další kapitola rozebírá problematiku havárie v JE Fukušima a to během celého průběhu této události. Důležitost je upřena především na závěrečná poučení, na kterých jsou zátěžové testy stavěny. Hlavní částí této práce jsou samotné zátěžové testy, které byly provedeny na všech JE v Evropské unii. Rozsah testování byl soustředěn na odolnost vůči extrémním přírodním vlivům, úplné ztrátě bezpečnostních systémů a postupu při řešení těžkých havárií, včetně tavení AZ a následných efektů. Podrobněji jsou rozebrány pro české jaderné elektrárny, pro ty evropské jen okrajově. Nakonec jsou shrnuta doporučení, které budou v rámci několika let uskutečněny a tím posíleno zvládání nadprojektových událostí. This thesis deals with the issue of the stress tests as a reaction to Fukushima accident. Nuclear safety and control systems are generally described in different modes. Fukushima accident is analyzed and described in details. Special attention is focused on the final results and lessons learnt as the background for stress tests goals. The main part of the thesis are the stress tests at all NPP in the European Union overview. Scope of tests was focused on resistance to extreme environmental conditions, a complete loss of safety systems and actions with solution of the severe accidents, including reactor core melting and subsequent effects. The Czech NPPs are discussed in detail, the others in particular way. Finally, recommendations that will be implemented within a few years are summarized. It will strengthen the management of severe accidents beyond the design basic events.
