Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a tvorbou webového portálu umožňujícího provádění průzkumů veřejného mínění s možností využití nástrojů pro podporu rozhodování. V první části budou představeny technologie pro podporu rozhodování. Následují pak části týkající se praktické části práce, které popisují návrh a implementaci tohoto systému. V závěrečných kapitolách je popsáno praktické nasazení systému spolu s ukázkou zpracování výsledků a možností dalších rozšíření systému. This thesis deals with the design and creation of the web portal that enables to do the public opinion inquiry using decision support tools. In the first part, the decision support technologies will be introduced. The parts dealing with the practical part of the thesis, like the design and the implementation of this system, follow. In the final chapters, the practical application of the system and illustrations of the processing of the results with the further extensions are presented.
