Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem sportovně rekreačního centra v Brně za Lužánkami. Řešené území má velmi bohatou sportovní historii (bývalý fotbalový stadion, zimní stadion, plavecký bazén,…), která má pro Brno i jeho obyvatele velký význam. V důsledku chátrání a špatného technického stavu objektů bylo sportování Za Lužánkami koncem minulého století utlumeno a jeho navrácení do lokality je velmi aktuální. Cílem práce byl návrh využití území pro různé funkce s preferencí volnočasových sportovních aktivit a nabídkou možností k trávení volného času pro všechny věkové skupiny během celého roku. V první fázi byla zpracována urbanisticko-architektonická studie, která zahrnuje nové funkční využití území pro rekreační sportování a relaxaci a zároveň bylo řešené území lépe propojeno s okolními lokalitami. Následně byla zhotovena komplexní architektonická studie víceúčelové haly, která je navržena v místě bývalého fotbalového stadionu. Hala nabízí různé možnosti rekreačního sportování, tréninky dětských klubů, pořádání besed či konání výstav. Součástí je odpovídající hygienické zázemí, technické zázemí, parkování v podzemním podlaží, komerční plochy a kavárna. Objekt je osazen do terénu a díky proměnlivému skloňování střechy je pobytová vegetační střecha přístupná přímo z terénu. Nástup na střechu je navržen ze čtyř míst a nabízí další odpočinková místa na celé ploše střechy. The diploma thesis is based on a design of a sports recreational centre in Brno za Lužánkami. The area has a very rich sports history (former football stadium, ice arena, swimming pool,…), with great importance for the city of Brno and its residents. Due to the decay and bad technical condition of the structures, sports activity Za Lužánkami was suppressed at the end of the last century, and its return to the location is very current. The goal of the thesis was a design for the utilization of the area for various uses with a preference for leisure sports activities and offering options for all age groups during the entire year. In the first stage, an urban-architectural study was compiled, including a new functional use of the area for recreational sporting and relaxation, while being better connected with the surrounding localities. Following that, a complex architectural study of a multipurpose hall was designed in place of the former football stadium. The hall offers various possibilities for recreational sports, children‘s club training, talks and exhibitions hosting. Included are corresponding sanitary facilities, technical facilities, underground parking, commercial areas and a cafe. The structure is set in the ground and thanks to the variable roof inclination the rooftop park is directly accessible from the ground. The roof access is proposed from four places and offers further relaxation spots around the entire roof area.
