Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu. Dům je částečně podsklepen, má dvě nadzemní podlaží a plochou střechu. Suterénní zdi jsou ze ztraceného bednění, první nadzemní podlaží z cihelných bloků, druhé nadzemní podlaží je řešeno jako dřevostavba. Celý objekt je zateplen. Součástí bakalářské práce je také seminární práce na téma vegetační střechy. The object of this bachelor thesis is the processing of technical documentation for a implementation of new family house. The house is partly basement, has two aboveground floors and a flat roof. The walls of the basement are made of shuttering, the first floor is a of brick blocks, the second floor is timber. The whole building is insulated. Part of this bachelor thesis is also a seminar work of vegetation roof.
