Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby samostatně stojícího penzionu s vinným sklepem s kapacitou ubytování pro 24 osob. Objekt je umístěn na svažitém pozemku v obci Žeravice (696 47). Jedná se o dvoupodlažní budovu, která je částečně podsklepená. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí, prostory pro skladování a vinný sklep. V nadzemním podlaží se nachází ubytování pro hosty a zázemí penzionu. Objekt je založen na betonových základových pasech. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou zděné z keramických tvárnic. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou zhotoveny z filigránových panelů, střecha je sedlová se sklonem 25°.
The content of the master thesis is processing of design documentation for the newly-built detached building of guest house with wine cellar. The cappacity of guest's accommodation is 24 people. The house is placed on a sloping plot in the village of Žeravice (696 47). It is a two-floor building with partial basement. In the basement there are technical facilities, storage spaces and wine cellar. The structure is based on concrete strip foundations. Loadbearing masonry is from clay blocks. floor structure is from filigran panel, the roof is sadddle with a slope of 25°.
