Cílem práce je prehled a popis konstrukcních rešení dvoudobých závodních motocyklu od prvního nasazení v závode až po soucasnost, vcetne nástinu dalšího prepokládaného vývoje v budoucnosti. Práce se též zabývá vývojem jednotlivých funkcních cástí dvoudobého motoru v prubehu let a jejich vliv na modernizaci dvoudobého motocyklu pro bežné použití.
The aim of this thesis is description of two-stroke road racing motorcycles dated from first race in GP championship to present, including en explanation of next probable development in future. Thesis deals with development of particular main parts of two-stroke combustion engine over time too and its influence for modernizing two-stroke motorcycle for daily use.
