Projekt řeší novostavbu rodinného domu s ordinací psychiatra. Objekt je jednopodlažní s obytným podkrovím, nepodsklepený. Přízemí je rozděleno na část obytnou a část provozní (ordinace). Podkroví má pouze funkci obytnou. Součásti objektu je i garáž. Jedná se o zděný objekt (systém Ytong) se sedlovou střechou, případně plochou střechou nad garáží. Součástí projektu je i řešení parkovacích stání a zpevněných ploch. This project designs a new building of a family house with a psychiatrist‘s office. The building is single-storey with a residential loft, without a basement. Part of the ground floor is the psychiatrist’s office, the rest of the house has residential function. The house has also a garage. It is a brick building (Ytong system) with a gable roof; the garage has a flat roof. This project designs also parking slots and pavements.
