Cílem práce je analyzovat současně zavedený systém managementu jakosti podle normy ISO 9001. Na základě zhodnocení navrhnout implementaci zavedení moderních přístupů řízení sebehodnocení společnosti ve formě pomocí Modelu excelence EFQM jako cestu k nalezení silných stránek a oblastí ke zlepšení. Práce obsahuje porovnání se systémem řízení jakosti jak na bázi ISO 9001, tak na bázi Modelu excelence EFQM. The aim of my work is to analyze at the same time established the quality management system according to ISO 9001. On the basis of evaluated propose the implementation of the introduction of modern management in the form of self-assessment of EFQM excelence Model as a way to find strengths and areas for improvement. The work includes comparison with both the quality management system based on ISO 9001 and based on the EFQM excelence Model.
