Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je porovnání obchodní výkonnosti společnosti Brněnské komunikace a.s. s obdobně koncipovanými společnostmi ve stejném oboru a s podobnou vlastnickou strukturou i portfoliem činností, přičemž těmito společnostmi jsou Technická správa komunikací Praha a Ostravské komunikace. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části práce. V teoretické části práce je pozornost zaměřena na zmapování informací z odborné literatury. V praktické části práce je uskutečněna komparace vybraného podniku s podniky uvedenými výše (Technická správa komunikací Praha a Ostravské komunikace). Součástí této práce je podrobná analýza výkonnosti podniku a vlastní návrh na zlepšení současné situace a stanovení podmínek realizace daného návrhu. Také je zde obsažen podrobný harmonogram realizace návrhu. V práci bylo zjištěno, že podnik Brněnské komunikace a.s. je finančně zdravý a prosperující. Stěžejní metodou je zde benchmarking. The main objective of this thesis is to compare business performance of the company as Brněnské komunikace a.s. with similarly focused companies in the same industry and similar ownership structure and portfolio activities, and these companies are TSK Praha a.s. and Ostravské komunikace a.s.. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on mapping information from the scientific literature. In the practical part of the thesis there is carried out a comparison of selected company with businesses listed above (TSK Praha a.s. and Ostravské komunikace a.s.). Part of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the company's performance and its own proposal to improve the current situation and the conditions for implementation of the proposal. There is also provided a detailed schedule of the proposal. In this thesis it was found that the company Brněnské komunikace a.s. as is financially healthy and prosperous. Main method used int this thesis is benchmarking.
