Jedná se o novostavbu Centra integrovaného záchranného systému na p. č. 375/2 v katastrálním území Písek 720755. Projektová dokumentace je prováděna pouze k hasičské stanici. ta se skládá ze tří od dilatovaných budov. Budova pro denní pobyt je třípodlažní, garáže s dílnami dvoupodlažní a sušící věž čtyřpodlažní. Zděný konstrukční systém založený na základových pasech. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou u předpjatých panelů spiroll. Střecha je plochá, jednoplášťová a pultová tříplášťová. Podlaží jsou propojena betonovým schodištěm v budově pro denní pobyt a ocelovým svařovaným v sušící věži.
