Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro realizaci rodinného domu v Bílovci. Stavba je navržena jako podsklepený objekt s dvěma nadzemními podlažími, usazený ve svažitém terénu. Suterén je přístupný z příjezdové cesty nachází se zde technické zázemí, posilovna a garáž pro dva automobily. První nadzemní podlaží slouží jako společenská část objektu s přístupem na pochuzí plochou střechu sloužící jako terasa, která plynule přechází na terén. Klidová část se nachází v druhém nadzemním podlaží, zastřešena pultovou střechou se spádem 6°. Stavba je provedena z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, výjimkou jsou obvodové stěny suterénu, které jsou z prefabrikovaných bednicích betonových tvarovek. Část domu je obložena kamenným obkladem. The thesis deals with designing of project documents within family house in Bilovec city which are meant for future realization.Building consist of basement and two above ground floors situated on a sloping terrain. Basement is accessible by the driveway and consists of technical background, gym and garage for two automobiles. First above-ground floor is made as common part with access on walkable flat roof that serves as a terrace and is flowing neatly into terrain. Resting part is situated in second above-ground floor covered with a mono-pitched roof sloping 6°.Building is made out of construction system Porotherm except peripheral walls of the basement which are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Part of the house is decorated with stone facing.
