Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je riešenie technologickej etapy zastrešenia bytového domu v Olomouci. Táto práca zahŕňa sprievodnú a súhrnnú technickú správu, riešenie širších dopravných vzťahov, časové plány, položkové rozpočty, technickú správu zariadenia staveniska, BOZP, kontrolné a skúšobné plány, technologické predpisy a bilancie pracovníkov. Podružným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je porovnať vybrané varianty zastrešenia z hľadiska subjektívneho, finančného a časového. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the solution of the technological stage of the roofing of an apartment building in Olomouc. This work includes accompanying and summary technical report, solution of wider transport relations, time plans, item budgets, technical management of construction site equipment, health and safety, control and test plans, technological regulations and staff balances. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare selected variants of roofing in terms of subjective, financial and time.
