Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením problému výkaznictví v neziskovém sektoru pro objektivní měření efektivnosti v neziskových organizacích. Ukazatele efektivnosti obecně nejsou sestaveny tak, aby je bylo možné využít pro organizace nevytvářející zisk. Výkazy určené pro neziskové organizace také práci manažerům nebo statistikům nijak neulehčují. Výstupem práce je návrh lepšího systému výkaznictví a návrh ukazatelů efektivnosti. Bachelor’s thesis solves difficulties of reporting system of non-profit organizations for effectiveness measurement. Indicators of effectiveness measurement are not built for using in non-profit corporations. Financial statements which belong to non-profit organizations also don’t make a work of managers or statisticians easier. Outcome of is a suggestion of new and better system of reporting and measurement of effectiveness indicators.
