Tato práce se zabývá procesem výroby olejových čerpadel ve firmě Antreg, a.s. Cílem práce bylo navrhnutí nového technologického postupu bez operace broušení. Toho bylo dosáhnuto pomocí experimentu. Potřebná měření drsnosti povrchu a rovinnosti byla provedena na předním díle skříně olejového čerpadla. Jednotlivá měření jsou v práci blíže popsána a vyhodnocena. Optimální technologický postup byl následně aplikován na zbylé díly skříně olejového čerpadla. Pro vybraný technologický postup bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení. This master’s thesis deals with the process of production of oil pump at the company Antreg, a.s. The purpose of the thesis was to design a new technological process without grinding. The goal was achieved by an experiment. The necessary measurements were taken on the front part of the oil pump box. Measurements are described and evaluated in this thesis. As a next step, optimal technological process was applied to other parts of the oil pump box. An economic evaluation was carried out for a selected technical process.
