Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba čtyřpodlažního nepodsklepeného bytového domu v Jeseníku nad Odrou. Bytový dům tvoří pět bytových jednotek s hromadnou garáží a společnými místnostmi. Celý objekt je pak zastřešen dvouplášťovou plochou střechou. Hlavní vstup do objektu se nachází na severovýchodní straně objektu v úrovni 1.NP. Hlavní pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na energeticky výhodné strany. Svislé konstrukce jsou provedeny převážně z keramických systémových prvků Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako prefamonolitické filigránové. Schodiště jsou monolitické železobetonové. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu AutoCAD. The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a four-storey non-blocked apartment building in Jeseník nad Odrou. The apartment building consists of five residential units with a garage and common rooms. The whole object is then covered with a cold roof. The main entrance to the building is located on the northeast side of the building at the 1st floor level. The main living rooms are oriented on energy-efficient sides. The vertical constructions are made mainly of Porotherm ceramic system components. Ceiling structures are designed as prefamily filigree. Stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The project was processed using the AutoCAD software.
