Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout univerzální zásobník pro výměnu nástrojů SK 50 pro horizontální vyvrtávačku WFT 13 pomocí průmyslového robota. Práce je zadaná ve spolupráci s firmou Fermat CZ s.r.o. V první části se práce zabývá různými možnostmi řešení zásobníků pro různé provedení automatické výměny nástrojů. Ve druhé části je proveden rozbor řešeného zásobníku a možných variant jeho provedení. Ve třetí části práce je proveden konstrukční návrh zásobníku a výpočtová zpráva zahrnující vybrané uzly. Přílohou práce je výkresová dokumentace a 3D model navrženého zásobníku. Topic of the thesis is to design universal tool magazine for tool exchange SK50 for horisontal drilling machine WFT 13 with industry robot. Thesis is tasked by company Fermat CZ s.r.o. In the first part of the thesis there are shown various executions of automatically tool exchange. In second part there is an analysis of solved magazine and posibility of its construction. In third part there is structural design of the magazine and calculation report of selected parts. Supplement of the thesis are also drawing documentation and 3D model of the magazine.
