Předmětem bakalářské práce je finanční analýza a vyhodnocení současného stavu společnosti PROAGRO Radešínská Svratka a.s., přičemž výchozím materiálem pro jejich zpracování jsou výkazy společnosti pro roky 2010-2014. V první části jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky pro zkoumanou oblast. Druhá – praktická část – je samotnou finanční analýzou společnosti, v které jsou vybrané finanční ukazatele vypočteny a vyhodnoceny. Dle zjištěných výsledků je vypracována návrhová část práce obsahující opatření a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace společnosti. The theme of bachelor thesis is the financial analysis and evaluation of the current state of company PROAGRO Radešínská Svratka a.s. and the starting material for their processing are statements of the company for the years 2010-2014. In the first part of bachelor thesis are provided theoretical knowledges for the researched area. The second - practical part - is itself a financial analysis of the company in which selected financial indicators are calculated and evaluated. Based on the finding results is elaborated the suggesting part of the work including measures and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the company.
