Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem výroby prototypu páčky na motorku za použití softwaru PowerMILL 2018. Rešeršní část práce obsahuje rozbor materiálů pro výrobu páček na motorky a úvod do problematiky CAD/CAM systémů. Praktická část obsahuje návrh materiálu, upínačů, řezných nástrojů a samotné vypracování NC programu. Následuje shrnutí použitých strategií a nakonec je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení. This diploma thesis deals with designing of manufacturing process of motorcycle lever prototype using PowerMILL 2018. The research part of the thesis contains analysis of materials used in the production of motorcycle levers and the introduction into CAD/CAM systems. The practical part contains choice of material, fixtures, cutting tools and solution of NC program itself. Summary of used strategies follows and ecenomical evaluation is performed at the end of the thesis.
