Tématem bakalářské práce je projekt rodinného domu v Pelhřimově. Cílem práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Novostavba rodinného domu je určena pro 5-ti člennou rodinu k celoročnímu obývání. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a částečně zapuštěný suterén. Součástí rodinného domu je dvojgaráž. Dům je vyzděn z pórobetonových tvárnic a zastřešen plochou střechou. Objekt je situován na svažitém terénu. The theme of the thesis is the new family house in Pelhřimov. The aim of the work is the preparation of project documentation for building construction. The new building is intended for permanent housing five member family. The building has two floors and partly recessed basement. The part of the house is double garage. The house is built of porous concrete shaped bricks and roofed by a flat roof. The building is located on sloping terrain.
