Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nízkoenergetického polyfunkčního domu v obci Dolní Kralovice. Skládá se ze tří částí, a to z architektonicko-stavební části, techniky prostředí stavby a energetického posudku na využití systému fotovoltaické elektrárny. Budova má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepená. V objektu se nachází tři různé provozy, kterými jsou stravovací zařízení a sportovní multifunkční sál v přízemí a administrativa ve druhém nadzemním podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hygienické zázemí pro zaměstnance stravovacího zařízení a technická místnost. Objekt je založen na železobetonové základové desce v podzemním podlaží a základových patkách v 1NP. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy jako skelet se ztužujícím jádrem. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonové monolitické desky. Obvodové stěny jsou vyzděny z pórobetonových tvárnic se zateplením z minerální vlny. Budova je zastřešena plochou střechou. V objektu je zajištěna nucená výměna vzduchu a chlazení. Zdrojem vytápění je kaskáda tří tepelných čerpadel země/voda. Část spotřeby elektrické energie pokrývá systém fotovoltaické elektrárny. Práce byla navržena v softwaru Revit. The master thesis designs a low-energy mixed-use building in Dolní Kralovice. The thesis consists of three parts, architectural-construction part, environment technology of building and energy assessment report to a photovoltaic power plant. The building has two above-ground floors and a basement under part of the building. The basement includes sanitary facilities and utility room, ground floor includes a restaurant and small sports hall and first floor offices. The building is founded on reinforced concrete foundation slab and foundation pads. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed as a frame system with shear core. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. External wall is designed from aerated concrete blocks with and mineral wool insulation. The building has a flat roof. In the building is air condition and cooling system and heating is with geothermal heat pumps with a borehole collector. Part of electricity demand is covered by photovoltaics on the roof. The thesis was developed in Revit software.
