Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza a návrh zdravotně technických a plynovodních instalací v domově pro seniory. Objekt má jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické prostory, sklady pro velkokuchyňský provoz, šatny pracovníků, sklepy. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou umístěny pokoje pro seniory, které mají vlastní koupelnu, kuchyně, kavárnička, denní místnosti pro personál a ordinace lékaře. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se v jedné části budovy nachází administrativa s vlastním hygienickým zázemím, v druhé časti jsou pokoje pro seniory s vlastní koupelnou, společenská místnost a zimní zahrada. Ve třetím a čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží jsou hlavně pokoje pro seniory. Teoretická část se zabývá bakterií Legionella. V práci řeším porovnání dvou variant řešení pomocí klasické cirkulace a bez cirkulačního potrubí s využitím topných kabelů. Výpočtová část obsahuje všechny výpočty potřebné k návrhu vodovodu, kanalizace a plynovodu včetně jejich napojení na inženýrské sítě. The content of the thesis is the analysis and design of health technical and gas installations in a home for the elderly. The building has one underground and four above-ground floors. In the underground floor there are technical rooms, warehouses for large kitchen operation, staff changing rooms, cellars. On the first floor there are rooms for the elderly, which have their own bathroom, kitchen, cafeteria, day rooms for staff and doctor's office. On the second and third floors, one part of the building houses the administration office with its own sanitary facilities, while the other part contains rooms for the elderly with their own bathrooms, a lounge and a winter garden. On the third and fourth floors there are mainly rooms for the elderly. The theoretical part deals with Legionella bacteria. In the thesis I deal with the comparison of two solution options using conventional circulation and without circulation pipes using heating cables. The calculation part contains all the calculations necessary for the design of the water, sewerage and gas pipelines including their connection to the utilities.
