Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu možností optimalizácie výrobných procesov vo vybranom podniku využitím outsourcingu. Pozornosť je ďalej venovaná rozboru nákladov. Výsledkom bakalárskej práce je návrh možných riešení pre zlepšenie kvantitatívnych a kvalitatívnych výstupov, aplikovateľných v podniku IMI International - Norgren CZ. Thesis is focused on the analysis of options for optimizing production processes in the chosen company by outsourcing. Attention is dedicated further analysis of costs. The result of the thesis is the proposal of possible solutions for improving the quantitative and qualitative of outputs, applicable in the company IMI International - Norgren CZ.
