Táto práca je zameraná na testovanie hrubovania rôznych geometrií negatívnych nástrojov typu D pri sústružení dlhých tenkých súčiastok so štíhlostným pomerom 15 a viac. Pre túto úlohu bolo vybraných 5 nástrojov. Dáta z rezného procesu boli zmerané pomocou dynamometra, akcelerometra a zvuk bol meraný pomocou mikrofónu. Výsledky sú vyhodnocované pomocou FFT analýzy ako grafické výstupy. Cieľom je vybrať najvhodnejší typ geometrie pre danú aplikáciu. This thesis is focused on testing the roughing of different geometries of negative D-type tools during turning long thin parts with a slenderness ratio of 15 or more. 5 tools were selected for this task. Data from the cutting process was measured using a dynamometer, accelerometer and microphone for sound recording. The results are evaluated using FFT analysis and other signal processing methods as graphical outputs. The aim is to select the most suitable type of geometry for this application.
