Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu s kanceláří. Objekt je situován v okrese Brno-město, v katastrálním území Brno-Tuřany. Dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Je dvojpodlažní a částečně podsklepený. Je použita zděná technologie a podélný nosný systém. Zastřešení objektu je provedeno pomocí dvou střešních rovin pultové střechy s opačným sklonem. This thesis deals with the design documentation of a house with the office. The building is situated in the district of Brno-city, in the cadastral Brno-Tuřany. The house is designed for a family of four. It is double deck and partial basement. It used brick technology and a longitudinal support system. Roofed building is done using two roof planes shed roof with the opposite gradient.
