Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem technologického řešení pro výrobu rotační součásti „pulzní kolo“ na CNC multifunkčním centru. Navrhovaná technologie obsahuje technologický postup, volbu nástrojů a metrologických pomůcek. Výroba rotační součásti je ověřena v praxi včetně kontroly vyrobeného vzorku. Tato technologie je porovnána s technologickými variantami, které se liší svým polotovarem a volbou strojů. Porovnání je rozvedeno v technicko-ekonomickém zhodnocení. This bachelor thesis deals with a design of technological solution for the production of a part named “Pulsation wheel” suited for a CNC machining center. Proposed technology consist of technological process and the choice of tools and measuring equipment. The production and necessary measurements are verified and carried out hands-on in a metalworking shop. This technology is compared with different options and variations used in this shop, whether machining on a different machine or different metal semi-finished work piece. This comparison is also described in technical-economic assessment.
