Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společnosti ZEMAKO, s.r.o. V úvodu jsou vymezena východiska práce, cíle a metody. Jde-li o teorii, zvláštní pozornost je zaměřena především na analýzu SLEPTE, Porterovu teorii konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzu. V praktické části analyzuje silné i slabé stránky posuzované společnosti a nastiňuje hrozby, kterým může společnost čelit. Po vyhodnocení doporučuje postupy k zefektivnění hospodaření firmy. V závěru navrhuje možné cesty jejího dalšího rozvoje v následujících letech. This bachelor’s thesis deals with theoretical and practical analysis of the company ZEMAKO, s.r.o. (Ltd.). The starting points, aims and methods are decsribed in introduction. Regarding theory, the main attention is focused on the SLEPTE analyses, the Porter´s theory of competitive forces and the SWOT analyses. The practical part analyses threats those the company can face. After evaluation, the thesis recommends steps for streamlining management of the company. Final lines suggest possible ways for its future development.
