Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu na parcele č. 2365/2 zapsána v katastrálním území Rožnova pod Radhošťěm [742937]. Objekt je navržen jako volně stojící v lehce svažitém terénu. Rodinný dům má přibližný tvar kvádru se sedlovou střechou. Dům je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Objekt je navržen ze systému Porotherm až na svislé konstrukce v suterénu, které jsou tvořeny ze ztraceného bednění. The Bechelor‘s thesis is focused on the design and preparation of project documentation of the family house on building estate no. 2065/3 registered in the cadastral area Rožnova pod Radhošťěm [742937]. The building is designed as a free-standing in a slightly sloping terrain. Family house has approximately form of cuboid with a gable roof. House has two floor with partial basement. The building is designed from the Porotherm system except for vertical structure in the basement, consisting of lost shuttering.
