Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem přijímání zaměstnanců. Nabízí kompletní přehled povinností zaměstnavatele související s procesem přijímání zaměstnanců, obsahuje metodiku pro usnadnění celého procesu a správné zařazení zaměstnance na vhodné pracovní místo. The bachelor's thesis deals with the process of the recruitment. It offers the complete summary of the employer's duties and also contains the methodics of the facilitation of the whole process and it should help to place the employee on the right berth.
