Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím vybraných statistickým metod pro řízení stavu zásob ve společnosti Honeywell, s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části: teoretickou, praktickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o možnostech skladování stavu zásob, charakteristice časových řad, regresní analýze a řízení zásob pomocí časových řad. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci teoretických poznatků a provedení výpočtů ve sledovaných obdobích. Návrhová část popisuje návrhy, které společnosti v budoucnu pomohou zlepšit současnou situaci zásob, a také je představen program ve Visual Basic for Applications, který je rovněž výstupem této práce.
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of selected statistical methods for managing inventory at Honeywell Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, practical, and proposal. The theoretical section summarizes basic information regarding the possibilities of storage inventory status, characteristics of time series, regression analysis, and inventory management using time series. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge and performs calculations in the monitored periods. The proposal section describes suggestions that will help the company improve the current stock situation in the future. Also, it presents a program created in Visual Basic for Applications, which is also an outcome of this thesis.
