The design part includes a financial valuation tool for the project; kde proběhne implementace IS SAP S/4HANA. Návrhová část obsahuje oceňovacího nástroj pro finanční řízení projektu; konkrétně řízení nákladů; který vychází z předešlé analýzy. Tento návrh bude sloužit pro projektového manažera.; rozsahu a času. Dále se zabývá informačním systémem SAP S/4HANA a jejími moduly. Dále tato práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu vybrané společnosti a metodiky SAP Activate; Tato diplomová práce v teoretické části rozebírá projektové řízení
