Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je teoretický základ teórie skrutkových spojov a následná aplikácia na konkrétny problém skrutkového spoja, ktorý je súčasťou spaľovacieho motora preplňovaného turbodúchadlom, konkrétne medzi hlavou valcov a turbodúchadlom. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do niekoľkých častí. Prvá časť je venovaná vybraným kapitolám z teórie skrutkových spojov ale aj spaľovacích motorov, ktorých znalosti sú podstatné pre ďalšie rozšírenie tejto práce. Ďalšia časť obsahuje informácie o tvorbe geometrického aj výpočtového modelu, na ktorom boli prevedené príslušné senzitívne analýzy, s cieľom zistiť príčinu povoľovania matice a skrutky v danej sústave. Na základe získaných poznatkov a ich posúdenia bola v poslednej časti tejto práce vytvorená samostatná metodika výpočtu obsahujúca opis parametrov, ktoré majú vplyv na tento nežiadúci jav, a ktoré je potrebné zahrnúť do analýz v prípade podobnej problematiky. Téma tejto záverečnej práce bola vytvorená v spolupráci so spoločnosťou ŠKODA Auto a.s., tř. Václava Klementa 869, Mladá Boleslav, a spoločnosťou AUDI AG, Union-Straße 1, Ingolstadt. The subject of this diploma thesis is the theoretical basis of the screw connection theory and the subsequent application to the specific screw connection problem. Mentioned connection is part of the turbo charged combustion engine, specifically directly between the cylinder head and the turbocharger. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The first part dealing with selected chapters of the screw connections and the combustion engines theory, whose knowledge is important for further chapters of this diploma thesis. The next part shows method of creating the geometric and computational model, on which were performed the appropriate sensory analyses with respect to determine the cause of the nut and bolt loose in the given connection. On the basis of the gained knowledge and their evaluation has been created a separate calculation methodology in the last part of this thesis, which describing parameters that have an impact on this undesirable phenomenon, and which should be included in analyses for similar issues. The diploma thesis was realized in cooperation with ŠKODA Auto a.s., tř. Václav Klementa 869, Mladá Boleslav, and AUDI AG, Union-Straße 1, Ingolstadt.
