Tématem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza společnosti Rubena, a.s. zabývající se výrobou a prodejem výrobků z technické pryže. Rubena, a.s. patří v této oblasti mezi tradiční české výrobce s dlouholetou tradicí. V tomto roce (2008) společnost slaví 100 let od založení. Práce je zpracována z externího pohledu na základě veřejně dostupných dat. Z důvodu neexistujících všeobecně uznávaných zásad je práce rozdělena na dvě hlavní části: teoretickou, obsahující použitý metodologický aparát, a praktickou část. Cílem práce je rozbor finančního hospodaření společnosti v letech 2003 -2007. Odhadem budoucího vývoje jsem se především z důvodu globální hospodářské krize nezabýval. This paper is a financial analysis of Rubena, a.s. which is a company that produces and sells products made from technical rubber. Rubena, a.s. is considered to be a traditional czech manufacturer with a longstanding heritage. This year Rubena a.s. is celebrating their 100 year anniversary. This paper is written from an external point of view, and is based on an approachable data. The paper is divided into two sections, a theoretical section, and a practical section. This is because of not existing generally accepted principles. The aim of this paper is analyze the company's financial system from 2003 -- 2007. Future forecasts are not considered due to the global economic crisis.
