Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá depozicí kovových nanostruktur pomocí metody EBID. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé parametry depozice a ukázány jejich vlivy na celý proces. U kobaltových struktur bylo ověřeno jejich chemické složení pomocí rentgenové spektroskopie EDX. V práci jsou ukázány i optimalizované geometrie nanostruktur, které jsou vhodné pro další praktické využití. This bachelor's thesis deals with deposition of metal nanostructures by EBID. Several deposition parameters are described and it is shown how they infuence the process of deposition. The atomic composition of cobalt structures was veried by EDX. Additionally, the optimized geometries of nanostructures for future practical applications are shown as well.
