Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh projektové dokumentace rodinného domu se zastavěným dvojgaráží na konkrétním pozemku ve Velkých Němčicích. Cílem je vytvořit funkční dispoziční řešení zohledňující každodenní provoz. Novostavba je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce jsou navrženy ze zdícího systému Ytong Silka. Target of this thesis is a design of blueprints for a family house with garage for two cars on a particular plot in the area of Velké Němčice. The aim of this work is to create a functional disposal solution with respect to daily use. The new building is intended for use by a four member family.
