Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rekonstrukci přednádražního prostoru ve městě Havířov. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem projektového řízení a jeho základní principy, zabývá se také požadavky na zařízení staveniště a časovým plánem výstavby. V praktické části jsou propojené teoretické znalosti s praxí, je zde představen samotný projekt rekonstrukce s popisem jeho průběhu. Nedílnou součásti je návrh zařízení staveniště s náklady včetně výpočtu nákladů spotřeby elektrické energie a vody. Cílem práce je porovnat reálné části projektu s alternativními řešeními, s důrazem na možné úspory z hlediska financí a času. Diploma thesis focuses on the reconstruction of the forecourt area in the city of Havířov. The theoretical part clarifies the concept of project management and its fundamental principles, addressing requirements for construction site equipment and the construction schedule. In the practical section, theoretical knowledge is applied, presenting the reconstruction project itself with a detailed description of its progression. An essential component is the proposal for construction site equipment, including cost estimation, along with the calculation of electricity and water consumption costs. The goal of the thesis is to compare real components of the project with alternative solutions, with an emphasis on potential savings in terms of finances and time.
