Předkládaná práce se zabývá návrhem rail-to-rail operačního zesilovače v technologii CMOS07 s využitím návrhového prostředí Cadence. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na dosažení co nejmenší hodnoty náhodného a systematického vstupního offsetu. Práce obsahuje různé techniky kompenzace obou typů vstupního offsetu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na dosažení rail-to-rail vstupního rozsahu operačního zesilovače použitím obou typů diferenčních párů. This work deals with design rail-to-rail operational amplifier in technology CMOS07 using Cadence design environment. Head design goal is small value of random and systematical input offset. Work too contain various technique compensation doth of this offsets. Second goal is head a rail-to-rail input common mode range with use both types of differential pair.
