Stavba se snaží vytvořit pevné a výrazné nároží, které ukončí ulici Vídeňskou a Táborského nábřeží. Koncepce vychází z potřeb studentů - možnost soukromí a atraktivní prostory pro trávení času společně. Společné prostory jsou orientovány do vnitřního nádvoří, umožňují tedy nejen přímý osobní kontakt, ale i vizuální kontakt v protilehlých křídlech, která jsou navíc propojena krytými lávkami. Společné prostory nabízí i exteriér - terasy a nádvoří. The building tries to create a strong and expressive corner to end street of Vienna and Taborsky waterfront. The concept is based on the needs of students - the possibility of privacy and an attractive area for spending time together. Common areas are oriented to the inner courtyard, allowing not only direct personal contact, but visual contact in the opposite wings, which are also connected by covered walkways. Common area also offers exterior - patios and courtyards.
