Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium difúze měďnatých iontů v gelech s různým obsahem modifikovaných huminových kyselin. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda bude docházet k imobilizaci měďnatých iontů ve směsných gelech a zda bude probíhat difúze rychleji, případně pomaleji v porovnání s gelem neobsahujícím modifikované huminové kyseliny. Původní huminové kyseliny byly upraveny methylací, která vedla k potlačení jejich reaktivity. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the study of diffusion of copper (II) ions in gels with different content of modified humic acids. The main objective of the thesis was to determine whether will occur immobilization of copper (II) ions in mixed gels and diffusion would occur faster or slower in comparison with gel-free modified humic acids. Classic humic acids were modified by methylation, which led to the suppression of their reactivity.
