Bakalářská práce zpracovává návrh nové budovy rodinného vinařství – sekt Jan Petrák, která slouží nejen jako výroba, ale také pro celou širou veřejnost v Kobylí. Zadání obsahovalo spousty požadavků investora, samotný areál, a tedy místo stavby má samo osobě náročnou situaci. V této lokalitě, kde se kříží několik provozů a funkcí vznikl v rámci ateliérové práce projekt Vinařství, který na všechny tyto náležitosti reaguje, svým návrhem snoubí jednotlivé funkce a snaží se vrátit i něco veřejnosti, spojuje a vytváří pro ni nové prostory pro interakci. A svým provozně technickým řešením stavba splňuje všechny požadavky na provoz i užívání Výrobního a veřejného objektu. The aim of this thesis is to build a new winery building, which is not just the place of producing wine but also some sort of public space. Our task should meet all requirements of the investor, work with the entire urbanistic composition of the village and the building site. Especially in this locality, where several urbanistic zones meet. The project was created as the atelier work as new winery building project, which answers to all requirements and does not separate building from society by design, but creates new spaces for them. With its conceptual and technical solution, the building meets all the requirements for use of the winery building.
