V práci je představeno základní rozdělení elektrických sítí v České republice. Z hlediska vysokonapěťových a nízkonapěťových sítí je detailněji popsána distribuční soustava. Práce přináší rozbor podmínek, které je nutné splnit před připojením nového odběratele elektrické energie k distribuční soustavě, a to na základě Pravidel provozování distribučních soustav a Vyhlášky č. 51/2006 Sb. Nezbytnou součásti je i analýza ustáleného stavu sítí. Je vysvětlen pojem ustálený chod sítě a jsou charakterizovány nejpoužívanější metody řešení tohoto stavu, mezi které se řadí Gauss-Seidlova metoda a Newtonova iterační metoda. Metody výpočtu jsou popsány obecně platnými rovnicemi. V kapitole je také provedeno porovnání obou metod. Práce přináší i problematiku teorie dimenzování, především teorie dimenzování vodiče z hlediska oteplení, a to jak při normálním provozu, tak při zkratu. Nejsou opomenuta ani další hlediska dimenzování vodiče, např. je řešena otázka mechanické a elektrické pevnosti, úbytku napětí či hospodárnosti. Charakteristice nově navrhované lokality ve městě Újezd u Brna je věnována závěrečná kapitola práce, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé komponenty použité k sestavení vhodné rozvodné sítě tj. trafostanice, rozvaděč VN a NN, transformátor, kabeláž VN a NN. Nechybí ani charakteristiky navržených variant NN rozvodu a jejich výkonové a ekonomické porovnání. The work mentions the concept of present electricity networks in the Czech Republic and based on voltage levels it also describes distribution networks in more detail. Furthermore it brings the analysis of legislative conditions and technical aspects, under the rules of the distribution network operation, for new customers who require new connection to electricity network. Because of the steady-state network evaluation represents very important issue of the power system calculations, therefore it is explained in theoretical part of this work. Nowadays, Gauss-Seidel method and Newton iterative method are generally used for the steady-state analysis. Mentioned ones are also described and compared together in theoretical part. Furthermore methods are applied in practical part which solves specific configuration of the network in a given area. Moreover there are the basics of the conductor sizing in terms of the warming, both during normal operation and during a short circuit. However, it is necessary to respect other aspects of the conductor sizing, therefore issues of mechanical and electrical strength, the voltage drop and the sizing economy are also shown. There is also the characteristic of proposed and the description of the individual components which are used for the network i.e. transformation station, HV and LV switchgear, transformer, HV and LV cabling. It also concludes the characteristics of the design opportunity with their power and economical comparison.
