Předmětem této bakalářské práce je tvorba FMEA, Proces Flow a kontrolního plánu ve firmě ATEK s.r.o.. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé dokumenty, jejich tvorba a význam. V praktické části je potom popsáno využití těchto poznatků a vyhodnocení stavu pomocí FMEA a nápravná opatření, které díky této analýze vznikla. The subject of this thesis is using of FMEA method and other close documents like Proces Flow and control plan for specific set of components in ATEK s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part are described idividual documents, their creation and meaning. The practical part is focused on using infromation from theoretical part and assessment by FMEA and following making of precautionary measures.
