Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování reálného podnikatelského záměru na založení a následný provoz prodejny s příslušenstvím pro motorové lodě a plachetnice. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zaměřím na téma podnikatelského záměru, analýze trhu podnikání, právní normě o podnikání, SWOT a SLEPT analýze a na podnik samotný. Následně v praktické části bude vypracovaný podnikatelský plán prodejny. The subject of my bachelor work is processing a real business plan for the establishment and subsequent of the shop with accessories for motroboats and sailboats. The work consists of two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I will focus on the theme of the business plan, business, market analyses, legal norm on business, SWOT and SLEPT analyses and on the company itself. In the practical part will be developer a business plan of the shop.
