Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh rozvoje bydlení v lokalitě Brno-Řečkovice. Jedná se o území mezi ulicemi Žilkova a Terezy Novákové. V současnosti se v řešeném území nachází zástavba řadových rodinných domů a bytový dům u severní hranice území. Dále pak drobné rekreační stavby a zahrádky. Území má potenciál rozvoje, jelikož je situováno v klidové lokalitě Brna, ale zároveň relativně dobře dostupné. I díky plánovanému protažení tramvajové linky. Návrh zástavby obsahuje především obytné domy, dále pak domy se službami a mateřskou školu. Záměrem je vytvořit funkční prostor s novými bytovými kapacitami. The intention of this master’s thesis is proposal development of housing in Brno-Řečkovice location. This is an area between Žilkova street and Terezy Novákové street. In currently in this area it is found terraced houses and block of flats near the north boundaries of area. Then it is found the small recreational buildings and yards. Area has development potential, because it is situated in quiescent location of Brno, but at the same time it is relatively easily accessible.Thanks of planning extension tram line. The urban concept contains especially blocks of flats, then objects with services and day-care center. The intention is create functional place with new housing capacity.
