Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba nadstandardního rodinného domu. Tento objekt se nachází v Brně-Žabovřeskách. Objekt je nadstandardní nejen svojí užitnou plochou, ale také sportovním zázemím s bazénem a plně vybavenou posilovnou. Rodinný dům je navržen pro bydlení velké rodiny a to včetně hospodyně. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepená. Objekt je zděný s železobetonovými stropy a plochou vegetační střechou. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a new building construction of an high-standard family house. This building is located in Brno-Žabovřesky. It is designated as an high-standard building not only for its usable area but also for its sports facilities with a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. The family house is designed for a large family, a housekeeper included. The building has two floors above ground level with a partial basement. The building is brick with reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat green roof.
