Predmetom projektu je novostavba rodinného domu s prevádzkou v katastrálnom území Kníničky, kraj Jihomoravský. Objekt je navrhnutý pre štvor až päťčlennú rodinu. Budova nie je podpivničená a má dve nadzemné podlažia. Časť prvého nadzemného podlažia tvorí prevádzka, konkrétne veterinárna ambulancia. Rodinný dom je riešený prevažne z murovaného systému Porotherm. Strecha je pultová a plochá. Obvodový plášť je riešený ako kontaktný zateplovací systém alebo ako prevetrávaná fasáda. The aim of the project is a new building of a family house with an establishment in the cadastral area Kníničky, South Moravian Region. It is designed for a family of four or five members. The building is without basement and it has two aboveground floors. A part of the first floor consists of veterinary clinic. The building is designed mainly by wall system of Porotherm. There is an aisle roof and a flat roof. The cladding is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.
