Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na moderní metody výroby děr v kovových materiálech. V první části jsou popsány základní technologie včetně toho, jak otvor vyrobit nebo upravit. Druhá část se zabývá moderními řeznými nástroji a další část obsahuje některé stroje pro výrobu děr. Rovněž jsou zmíněny některé nekonvenční metody obrábění děr. Poslední dvě části se zabývají experimentem – je vyhodnoceno opotřebení nástroje a další parametry při obrábění vybraných materiálů. Práce potvrzuje, že titanová slitina je dodnes velmi těžko obrobitelný materiál. This bachelor thesis is focused on the modern technologies for the hole production in metal materials. In the first part the fundamental technologies are described including how to make the hole or to modify it. The second part deals with the modern cutting tools, and the other part includes some machines for hole production. Some non-conventional methods of hole machining are also mentioned. The last two parts deals with the experiments - the tool wear and other phenomena are evaluated when machining some selected materials. The work confirms that the titanium alloy is a material very difficult to drill up today.
