Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich se zabývá problematikou povrchového odtoku, jeho stanovení, důsledků a opatření pro zmírnění jeho negativních dopadů. Okrajově je v první části zpracována vodní eroze, která je doprovodným jevem povrchového odtoku. V druhé části práce posuzuje míru zasažení zájmového pozemku v obci Napajedla na Zlínsku extravilánovou vodou a navrhuje dvě možné varianty ochrany tohoto pozemku. Pro výpočet je využita Směrnice pro výpočet odtoku z VMP a pro posouzení kapacity vodohospodářských zařízení výpočetní program HEC-RAS 4.1.0. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of thesis deals with the problems of surface runoff, determination of surface runoff and measures to eliminate consequences of surface runoff. There is also mention of water erosion which is an accompanying phenomenon of surface runoff. The second section paper examines the threat to area in the Napajedla city of water. There are two possible solutions to the protection of the territory. For the valuation is used directive to calculate to the drain age of VMP and software HEC-RAS 4.1.0 for assassment the capacity of water equipment.
