Předmětem diplomové práce je stavba bytového domu v obci Brno Chrlice. Jedná se o budovu s plně podsklepeným podlažím a se třemi nadzemními podlažími. Suterénní část je navržena jako garážové stání a sklepy. Nadzemní podlaží jsou navrženy jako bytové jednotky. V bytovém domě se nachází celkem 8 bytových jednotek a 1 bytová jednotka řešena jako bezbariérová. Celková kapacita osob je 22. Obvodové konstrukce podzemního podlaží jsou ze ztraceného bednění a nadzemní podlaží jsou řešeny ze systému HELUZ. Stropy jsou řešeny jako stropní panely. Zastřešení šikmou dřevnou konstrukcí s nesymetrickými sklony. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. The subject of this thesis is the construction of a residential building in the town of Brno Chrlice. It is a building with a fully podsklepeným floor and three floors. Basement part is designed as a garage and cellars. Floors are designed as units. The apartment building is a total of 8 units and 1 residential unit designed as wheelchair accessible. Total capacity is 22 Cladding basement of the formwork and floor are covered from the system HELUZ. The ceilings are designed as ceiling panels. Wood pitched roofing constructions with unbalanced tendencies. The building is based on the footings.
